 After nearly 2 years of sustained advocacy, the 21st Century Road to Housing Act is now law.

The largest bipartisan housing package in a generation, the legislation combines nearly 50 individual housing measures that will:  EXPAND access to credit/ REDUCE barriers to housing construction/       Increase housing supply/ Strengthen pathways to homeownership
