They may be a better deal for the money; especially with Home Owner Warranties....Call for more info.

I always find it interesting that appraisals don't encompass the cubic square foot and only use a percentage for the quality of the home.  I understand the placement within a subdivision YES.  As they say:  Location, Location, Location.  I take all that into my perspective of a best buy.  (as some have asked.)
