New Development in se Bend EAST STEVENS ROAD CONCEPT PLAN (Council Meeting tonite) Kudos

to Bend's Planning Commission & Bend City Council tonite and moving forward on the best choice of conceptual Alternatives for the East Stevens Road Concept Plan. Although all 3 plans could be tweaked a little bit, they all agreed that the best plan was Alternative 3 with less industrial land, more housing and much more park land. Although I too somewhat agree with Chair Scott Winters' idea of a hybrid on a little of Alternative 2 (?); all in all it was hand's down for the Alternative 3 Concept. After comparing other developments I now strongly agree for Alternative 3.
