There very well might be more homes coming to market as tenants leave the homes they've been renting...

 I'm noticing a few properties getting fixed up as well as one restoration company at a duplex near St. Charles.  If you're thinking of buying a home that's been a rental; DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE !

Personally, I've had tenants that I've never meant that hated the property manager (I had no choice who I could use)  and when they left; I found out they stuffed socks down the toilets.  Luckily I found out right away after I heard they'd been evicted and went to paint the interior.  However, if I didn't have my background; with decades of real estate experience;  I might have overlooked this.

Here's an update on a tenancy situation here in Oregon:

The deadline to pay back rent owed for April 2020 – June 2021 is February 28, 2022. Landlords cannot evict tenants for rent owed from this period until March 1, 2022. Renters who owe rent from this time period should apply for rent help as soon as possible before March 1, 2022.
