Bend Parks closes whitewater passageway over safety complaints: The Bend Park and Recreation District announced Thursday it is immediately closing the 'passageway' channel of the new Bend Whitewater Park -- likely for the summer -- in the wake of numerous complaints from river floaters who were injured or upset by the rapids in the channel.

Think outside the box. Can't find what you're looking for? You SHOULD have an agent that looks outside the norm. I just found an
excellent alternative for this "numbers lady" where she can live in the house and rent out part of it. Why didn't we think of that sooner ! Sometimes the MLS is confining in the fields we agents need to fill in. Autofill, autoresponse, carts and criteria... They need tweaking.
