At today's MLS meeting, we had 2 Reps from US Bank talking about how much easier it is for them to perform Bridge Loans/HELOCs

 for buyers that want to buy a house but have a house to sell, whether it be on the market (a Bridge Loan) or not on the market (a Heloc).  I'll have more information after I get it at my Open House on Saturdays at 2651 n. Main Street in Prineville.
