Want to move here but not able to get here to view properties? I have offered for years to video properties you are interested in!

 I learned how important this is when I had buyers in Michigan with young children that couldn't physically get here to view all the properties and there were about 6 (?) they were very interested in.  YES there are virtual tours downloaded on websites for listings however they are taken from the viewpoint of the Seller's agent and may NOT show some of the derogatory aspects of the home, property, access or neighborhood.  Facetime is workable but sometimes ill-timed.  I've used Utube and sometimes just send it via email so you can view it when you have the time.  Call me if you're shopping!  541-771-8947  and btw, YES.  They did purchase one of those homes I recorded with my camera phone and they're still there :)
