Loan rate kicked up a tad today however, there's a CASH ADVANTAGE PROGRAM....

 Oregon Housing and Community Services lowered the interest rate of the CASH ADVANTAGE program, which grants buyers a 3% cash grant at closing.  This grant greatly helps with a purchase to cover normal settlement charges without seller credits. The interest rate is now lowered to 6.75% (and keep in mind, this does not add a 2^nd lien that must be paid back by the buyer, so it is far better than a normal 6.75% loan that doesn’t offer a cash grant!)
