Sorry to say that so many if not oftentimes when TEAMS are involved, there is more work in communication for my clients and myself that there are just too many cooks spoiling the broth.
It can be exhausting. It can be a circus. For instance:
One of the listing agents didn't tell the other listing agent about the moved-up closing date; and the Sellers were scrambling to vacate the house! Sadly there were some rough edges on that closing.
First let's start on how and when you want your communication. Do you want it via text or phone call?
During business hours or when the kids have been finally put to bed. Lunchtime? Of course immediately when what you want hits the market, right?
