I hope and pray this finds you happy and healthy. You can either be a, “the glass is half full or half empty” kind of person? The funny thing is the glass and the water don’t care, they just are. Mark D Worthington
I find this very appropriate with everything that is going on. I am not downplaying the COVID 19 virus and am truly saddened by the loss of life and economic results. However, there are some bright spots if we look for them.
Earlier this week one of my teammates locked a 30-year fixed FHA at 2.99%. Today I helped some wonderful people by a manufactured home with their son who a month ago had no credit score. He is now getting his first home. There are still great loans and great homes out there for sale.
Here is a list of loan programs available to help you sell more homes:
1) Conventional, 3% down payment up to a $510,400 loan in Deschutes County
2) VA, 0% down payment with virtually no loan limit
3) FHA 3.5% down for borrowers with less than stellar credit
4) Rehabilitation and renovation loans to make that “almost perfect” home a dream home
5) Jumbo loans for well qualified borrowers with 20% down payment
6) First and Second combination loans to bridge down payment gaps
7) USDA, 0% down loans for rural communities
I am sure I missed something.
Keep your “glasses” half full and you will find some amazing possibilities during these unique times.
Cheers until our paths cross again. |
