Jeremy Brunansky not only got this loan done ahead of schedule but other companies wouldn't touch this turn of the century home because of the age and it needed a new septic and conventional heat which the Sellers did after the buyers were approved. Other loans also wanted 20% down and they did it with 15% down. AMAZING!
