Fixxer Uppers are still out there people. I'm selling a 2 bedroom home w 2 bath (bank owned) on 1.44 acres for $129,900 with

Seller contributing $3,000 at the closing. This property has a huge metal barn, huge garage with heated storage room and a stick-built house (built in 1985). JUST needed the right type of loan (FHA 203k streamline) Thank you Lysa Etter at Landmark! This type of loan allowed us to get bids from an electrician and contractor on how much it would cost to finish an unfinished bathroom and replace the exterior doors and electric panels. The buyer closes on the home and has 30 days to get the contractors in to conduct the work to bring it up to compliance. Lots of sweat equity but the buyer doesn't do the job, just organizes everything. Even though there's about $15,000 in contractor costs; my Buyer is bringing less than $6,000 to the closing table.
