Such a fine market
I must say that in the 34 years that I've been selling real estate, I've never seen a more steady market as this.
The silver lining in this COVID pandemic is that people are able to work from home and that means
ANYWHERE! So, they're coming to Central Oregon to buy or rent.
When I have all clients (Buyers AND Sellers) ask me: Should we move forward in putting $$$ down on our next move? Is this deal solid? Is it going to close? The answer is: 99% that it will.
So.....Loans are waiving appraisals....Buyers are willing to wait....the Sellers are happy to have flexibility and the rates are still SUPER LOW.
Buy now! The only glitch that may happen is:
Weather (moving out)
Steady employment (which if you're a savvy and wise realtor have already checked all of that on the Buyer's end).
THAT's about it folks.
