Interesting turn in the market in that I received an email from another broker with selling incentives......

 BUYER AGENT BONUS!!! $12,000 if escrow closes within 45 days of listing going live or $10,000 if escrow closes within 60 days of listing.

So what do you do when you lose a bid? Hindsight is 20/20.....

Sorry to say I'm hearing a lot of this lately.  NOT my clients though.  Bid higher?  Close faster?  Depends.
