So what do you do when you lose a bid? Hindsight is 20/20.....

Sorry to say I'm hearing a lot of this lately.  NOT my clients though.  Bid higher?  Close faster?  Depends.

My dear out-of-state nephew is getting down in the mouth after bidding and then escalating his offer only to lose out to another.
