On Tuesdays we have our local chapter MLS meeting.  THERE we talk about trends, motivations, Sellers and Buyers needs.  Interestingly I'm hearing and getting emails from realtors representing builders on incentives ($7,500 to $10,000) !!!! Towards closing costs or appliances. Call me if you're interested in pursuing these costs paid for you the Buyer.
