Have an offer in the works? Counter Offer? Thought it over and verbally agreed? Better hurry!

 Did you know your delaying a response can be considered as a "NO"?  So as they say:  "Time is of the essence!"  That means don't delay and be in constant contact with your broker!  Unless all has signed ALL agreements; there is no deal.  So if you're planning to be away that day when you're expected to respond; better let your broker WHEN you'll be available and be smart:  BE AVAILABLE.  The other side can at any time renig and change their minds because you were too slow to sign.  Snooze ya lose.  AND after signing or initialing or checking that check box (as many do!); call or text or email your broker and make sure it's all acknowledged correctly.  It's too easy to think you signed and it's a done-deal but you didn't initial something or checked the check box.  Best of luck.  Call me if your'e moving.  541-771-8947
