Have little or close to NO money to put down on a home purchase but want to buy? I LOVE these loans however,

 they take about 3 months to close (in my past experience)  but SO worth it.  It's a USDA loan.  It's for rural areas (and just about all of Redmond).  

Bend's Market update for October

 $714,000 Median Price (up from September)

$371 Median Price Per Sq Ft (up from September)
148 Total Residential Sales (same as September)
3.5 Months of Current Inventory (down from September)
26 Median Days on Market (up from September)

Single Family Residence inventory in Bend declined to around a 3.5-month supply. The SFR median sale price in Bend increased slightly last month and the number of monthly sales has been around 143-148 sales per month since June.
